The shipping ended up taking way longer than I thought it would, and I didn’t get many clear updates along the way. I get that delays can happen, but not knowing what’s going on makes the wait feel a lot more frustrating. It reminded me how much simple communication matters when you’re waiting on something you’re excited to receive.

I had a frustrating time with the site, to be honest. Pages were loading slowly, and it took way too many clicks just to find details about the bats. Checkout was also kind of confusing, which didn’t help. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but whoever runs this really needs to clean things up and make it easier to use.

It hits fine overall, but as someone who really notices vibration in my hands, the sting is still there enough to bother me.

I had to reach out to Gorilla Baseball Bats about my order, the response took a little longer than I was expecting. They were polite and did answer my questions, but I had to follow up first before getting a reply. Anyway... everything did get sorted out in the end, it just wasn’t the fastest experience. Not awful, but not great either. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

I’m not really a fan of the site design. It feels kind of outdated to me, but I’m curious if other people are noticing the same thing or if it’s just my preference.

Overall, I like the bat. It feels sturdy in hand, the finish on the wood looks really nice, and the weight was pretty much what I was expecting.
The only thing I noticed was a few rough spots around the handle, and the logo area looked a little uneven. That part was weird, especially for the price. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I did expect the craftsmanship to be a bit cleaner.

I bought a bat from gorillabaseballbats.com and at first it seemed totally fine. My son used it for a couple of regular practices, nothing crazy or intense, and then we noticed a small crack starting near the barrel.
For what it cost, I really thought it would hold up better. Then boom, just like that, I’m annoyed. Maybe we just got a bad one, but the durability was disappointing and I don’t see myself buying another bat from them.

The bat arrived on time and it was the right model, so that part was solid. The only thing I regretted was assuming all the little details would be exactly right, because the grip color wasn’t the one I picked. It’s not the end of the world, but it was still kind of annoying. The size was correct and everything else looked fine. I might order again, but I’d really hope they pay closer attention to the smaller details next time.

The bat itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the engraving came out rough. A few of the letters were lighter than the others, and one side looked a little fuzzy, like it didn’t cut in clean or something. For a custom order, I was expecting it to look more even and polished.
I did contact them and they got back to me, but the whole thing felt like there wasn’t much they could really do about it. I might order a regular plain bat from them again, but I’d probably skip the engraving next time.

There were actually a lot of customization choices, like colors and text and all that, which was nice. I did get a little turned around with the preview at first though... not impossible, just kind of took me a bit to figure out what I was looking at. The bat turned out fine overall, maybe not exactly how I pictured it in my head, but still good

I went on gorillabaseballbats.com hoping to find a decent wood bat, but the selection was underwhelming. I expected a lot more options, especially from a site focused on baseball bats.

Maybe other people can find what they need there, but I ended up giving up and shopping somewhere else. After that experience, I just didn’t feel confident buying from them...

Dealing with the return and warranty side of things was frustrating. I figured it would be a simple process, like you contact them, explain the issue, and they help sort it out, but it ended up taking more effort than it should have. There was a lot of back and forth, and I felt like I had to keep explaining the same problem instead of just getting a clear fix or answer. Maybe other people have had better luck, but based on my experience, it was just hard to deal with overall, and I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

The bat arrived in good shape, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the box was beat up when it got here. There also wasn’t much padding inside, which surprised me a bit for the price. Nothing was actually damaged, so that’s good, but I do feel like the packaging could be improved.

I’m disappointed with this bat. It cracked after hardly any use, which I really didn’t expect. What made it more frustrating was trying to deal with the warranty/return side of things and feeling like the terms changed from what I thought they were when I bought it. I paid way too much for this and it just feels cheap. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink the quality because it doesn’t match the price at all.

The bat feels end-loaded to me and kind of awkward to swing. It doesn’t feel balanced at all, which made it tough to get comfortable with.

I noticed quickly that the grip felt rough and awkward in my hands. It started hurting after just a short time using it, so it wasn’t a great experience for me!!
